Adipurush Movie Star Cast, Trailer, Release Date, Poster image: The original release date for Adipurush was set for August 11, 2022, in Telugu and Hindi, with the Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada versions following shortly after.
The producers originally planned on releasing the film on Sankranthi 2022, but abandoned that date after realizing it would compete with two Telugu films (Veera Simha Reddy and Waltair Veerayya) and after hearing feedback that the visual effects weren’t up to par.
The latest and final release date for the 3D Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada versions of Adipurush has been set for June 16, 2023. The official announcement has not yet occurred, but advance booking for Adipurush might begin as early as the second week of June.
The trailer for the next mythical epic Adipurush was uploaded to T-Series’s official YouTube page. Adipurush, starring Prabhas and Kriti Sanon, had its first trailer release in 70 different countries. The preview runs for around three minutes, and the film’s score is fantastic.
The trailer’s visual effects and the movie’s language are both major improvements over the teaser that was published earlier.
Adipurush Teaser
On October 2, 2022, a massive teaser launch ceremony took place on the banks of the Saryu River in Lord Rama’s birthplace of Ayodhya. The celebration was attended by the film’s principal cast members and the director, including Kriti Sanon, Prabhas, Sunny Singh, and Om Raut. Also at the same time, the teaser was released on the official “T-Series” YouTube account.
Fans of Adipurush panned the film for its subpar visual effects and poorly designed characters on social media. Speculation arose as to whether or not the film would be an adaptation of the Ramayana or a live-action fantasy picture in the lines of Game of Thrones or House of the Dragon.
After receiving negative feedback, the creators acknowledged their errors and committed to re-evaluating the picture to enhance its visual effects. It stands to reason that modifying the visual effects for a film of this scale would require more time. That explains why the movie came out roughly six months later than expected.
