Pathan Movie Review

Story of the film is good but definitely not the strongest part of film.

The biggest positive part of movie is Villain, he has a very strong character. I think if movie has a great villain in action films, hero automatically shines and audience loves it, this movie has nailed it.

All the supporting cast is chosen very cleverly and obviously they did fantastic.

Salman' entry will turn theatres into stadium for sure, it is very well placed and dramatic as well.

Another very positive of movie is it's pace, movie never slows down, pace continues throughout the movie and people will never feel bored, in fact end me lagta hai, aur 15 min chalti to achha hota, and believe me that is the best compliment for any movie.

Deepika Padukone has a very strong chayas well and as usual she nails this role as well.

I was most spectical for Shahrukh's acting when it comes to action, because many times he has been shown over the top, over glorified, over stylysed in many of his previous movies. But this time it's a very honest take.

Shahrukh Khan has proved why he is called the King 👑.

First thing first, films are made for entertainment & Pathaan is successful in fulfilling the criteria. People should not expect something like Nolan's film, it’s a action delivers & it shines in its genre. SRK as usual is fantastic & lives the character of Pathaan. It feels good to see that John Abraham finally got a role to showcase his acting ability & pulls of the role of Jim with ease. Deepika played her role well. Special mention to Dimple Kapadia who provides strong support to the cast & is the dark horse of the dark horse of the film.

Strengt- Cast performances. Pathaan's forte is its action sequences  which are mindblowing & jaw droppin. Pathaan's bgm is massy & catchy. Direction is good & cinematography is a visual treat. Another  strength of Pathaan is its tight screenplay as it never loses its pace. Last but not the least specialappreciationfor Salman Khan's  cameo. Pathaan & Tiger fighting together will surely drew whistles from the audience  & will be one of the most iconic scenes in Bollywood cinema.

Few cringe worthy dialogues & a bit more tighter script would have been good.

Verdic- It's a highly entertaining film. Forget logic & stuff & just enjoy the ride.
